Cooking Made Simple
Sometimes, the easiest way to expand your cooking repertoire is by cooking together. Becoming confident with new ingredients and incorporating new tips can make a huge difference . Let's do it together!
Not 1, 3 or 5 but 7 dishes!
In our cooking session, we will make a minimum of 7 dishes; some to eat on the day and the rest to save for later meals.
The dishes will be designed based on your dietary preferences and cooking interests.

y Nutritional Therapy Talks are engaging, educational presentations for institutions, corporate events, private functions and for smaller, more intimate groups across London. Talks include audiovisual Powerpoint presentations, handouts and question-and-answer sessions.
These talks are aimed at educating people on how simple dietary and lifestyle changes can have a huge impact on, not only their health, but also on their performance in the workplace. I focus on the four pillars of health: nutrition, stress, sleep and movement. I discuss how to optimise these pillars in order to achieve peak performance.
